Appetizer A

CHINESE BBQ PORK Marinated pork tenderloin served with hot mustard and sesame seeds.

FOCCACIA SANDWICHES Salami, artichokes, red onions, goat cheese and celery spread.

MEAT & CHEESE PLATTER  Sliced meats & cheese, served with sliced baguette or rolls. 

ANTIPASTA  Meats, cheeses, olives, roasted vegetables, and homemade spreads and breads.

MINI BURGERS Tiny buns filled with seasoned beef patty, cheddar cheese and secret sauce.

MEDITERRANEAN SPREADS Hot artichoke, hummus and caponata dips with breads.

JUMBO PRAWNS Large tail-on prawns served chilled with homemade cocktail sauce.

FRESH STUFFED ROLLS Rolls with turkey and ham and spread with mustard cream cheese.

IMPORTED CHEESES  Assorted cheese with crackers, crostini, and grapes.

SHRIMP PUFFS Choux pastry filled with shrimp, cheese, scallions and dill.
