Q: Is it possible to schedule a tour on a Saturday or Sunday in the near future?
A: it is best to call the office (425-402-9818) or email info@courtyardhall.com and schedule an appointment. Our open
hours change weekly. We can usually schedule a tour 10-2 weekdays, 12-2 on Saturdays and some evenings and early mornings.
Q: We are planning on having a wedding ceremony and reception with about 150 people, are we required to use your caterer?
A: You are required to use our catering Fridays and Saturdays. You may use our catering,
bring in your own food or have another caterer Sunday-Thursday. If you provide your own food, you do not have access to the
kitchen. There are sinks and refrigerators behind the bar. You will also be responsible for your own set-up and clean-up.
Q: Is it possible to have the ceremony outside?
A: Yes, we have an outdoor wedding area. It is a semi-enclosed field. There
is no charge to use it if you are renting the hall on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You must fill
out a separate lease form. There are chairs available that you are responsible for setting up and taking down.
Q: Does Celestial Catering offer a dinner menu? I see appetizers and a salad menu and I would love
to take advantage of those but also offer a buffet style dinner service. Would that be possible?
A: We do have a dinner menu (under Entrees), and the prices listed are for buffet.
Seated dinners incur an additional cost for the additional labor required. Also, many people chose salad or appetizer menus
and have them set up as a buffet, therefore becoming a lighter dinner. You can also add appetizers to a dinner menu. Appetizers
or Salads from list A are $3.50 per person to add to any menu. From list B, $2.50 pp. and from list C $1.50 pp.

Q: Does the catering company handle the set up and clean up for the ceremony and reception?
A: You decorate the hall yourself. We will set tables, chairs and linens. You are responsible for removing
your decorations at the end of the evening, and the caterers will take care of cleaning/mopping/vacuuming. We will set chairs
for the ceremony indoors; you are responsible for setting the chairs outdoors.
Q: If we
rent the Hall from 9am to Midnight do we need to make sure to end the reception by 10pm so the clean up is finished before
Midnight? Or is the clean up handled outside of our rental period?
A: The music needs to end at 11:30, then your guests have ½ hour to leave. You will have an additional
1/2 hour to clear out your items, until 12:30. The caterers will begin cleaning at 11:30 and will conclude after you have
left.
Q: In addition to beer and wine, are we able to serve hard alcohol as long as we have
a licensed bartender and permit?
A: Yes, you can have hard alcohol. A licensed bartender and permit are required for any kind of alcohol
being served including beer and wine. You can either hire a licensed bartender from us, for $30 per hour, or provide your
own licensed bartender. The permits are available at the liquor store for $10. Our bartending staff are billed from ½ hour
prior to ½ hour past your event time. This allows for set-up and clean-up.
Q: Can we pay with Visa?
A: Yes, You can pay for the hall rental with cash, check or credit. Celestial Catering accepts
cash and checks.
Q: How do I schedule a rehearsal time?
A: We are available for rehearsals Monday-Thursday. You have the option for a 2 hour rehearsal
free with your weekend rental.
