Cakes
Our elegant wedding cakes are made from scratch with butter and fresh local ingredients and are decorated with
fresh flowers, fruits and berries or your decorations.
We charge for flowers according to market price or you may provide your own.
All cakes are frosted with Swiss meringue butter cream unless other requested.
Minimum 100 servings. 2 flavors per cake.

RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE Raspberry, chocolate truffle
or mint filling.
CARROT CAKE Walnut praline filling
with pecans and coconut topped with cream cheese frosting.
LEMON OR LIME CAKE White cake with citrus
zest and filled with lemon or lime curd.
HAZELNUT WINE CAKE Hazelnut praline filling and Frangelico butter cream frosting.
COCONUT CAKE with apricot, chocolate or coconut custard filling
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE A classic with walnuts and coconut.
CHAMPAGNE CAKE White cake filled
with raspberry champagne mousse.
TRADITIONAL YELLOW OR WHITE
CAKE Choice of berry, custard or chocolate truffle filling.
SPICE CAKE Cinnamon and cardamom flavor this cake filled with maple butter cream.
BANANA BOURBON CAKE Moist banana cake layered
with bourbon cream and bananas.
ALMOND CAKE Almond pound cake layered with apricot preserves and nut meringue.
PECAN CAKE Moist pecan flavored cake with layers of dark chocolate and pecan butter cream.
CHEESECAKE Plain, lemon, almond,
or chocolate. ($4 pp. cannot be combined with regular cakes)

CAKE Moist chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache
and cool mint

Cost
and Terms
We price our menus on a per person basis. Menus must be finalized
2 weeks before the event. A final guest count is needed five working days prior to the event. After this point
we are unable to accept a decrease in count and will do our best to accommodate an increase.
50% of the total is due one month prior to the event and the
balance is due on the event date. 8.9% sales tax will be added to your final bill.
A gratuity of 10% is appreciated if the service and food meet with your approval.
Prices are subject to change; though a deposit locks in your rate.
