Celestial Catering

Celestial Catering is the exclusive caterer at the Courtyard Hall on Fridays and Saturdays. We are happy to help you with your catering needs Sunday through Thursday as well. Our food is made from scratch in our kitchen here at the Courtyard Hall. Every item is made specifically for your event.

You may put together your own menu using the following menus, or ask about other options. Prices quoted are for 50+ servings.

FOCCACIA SANDWICHES Salami, artichokes, red onions, goat cheese and celery spread.

CAESAR WITH CHICKEN Our Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken breast strips.

AMERICAN POTATO Potatoes, celery, eggs, pickles and onions with mayonnaise.

SEAFOOD LASAGNA Thin spinach noodles layered with prawns, salmon, scallops and Parmesan in a creamy sauce.

PANCETTA WRAPPED PORK with Breadcrumb Filling and Tomatoes.

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST Breast of chicken filled with roasted garlic and feta cheese or prosciutto and fontina cheese topped with a white wine sauce.

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA thin chicken breasts topped with sage and prosciutto sautéed in butter

ROASTED PORK MEDALLIONS Herb crusted pork loin thickly sliced and drizzled with a white wine mushroom sauce.

CARRIBEAN PORK LOIN Medallions coated with a mild jerk seasoning, sliced thin and served with apple rum sauce.

Wedding Cakes

Our elegant wedding cakes are made from scratch with butter and fresh local ingredients and are decorated with fresh flowers, fruits and berries or your decorations. We charge for flowers according to market price or you may provide your own. All cakes are frosted with Swiss meringue butter cream unless other requested.
Minimum 100 servings. 2 flavors per cake.

TRADITIONAL YELLOW OR WHITE CAKE Choice of berry, custard or chocolate truffle filling.

SPICE CAKE Cinnamon and cardamom flavor this cake filled with maple butter cream.

BANANA BOURBON CAKE Moist banana cake layered with bourbon cream and bananas.

ALMOND CAKE Almond pound cake layered with apricot preserves and nut meringue.

PECAN CAKE Moist pecan flavored cake with layers of dark chocolate and pecan butter cream.

CHEESECAKE Plain, lemon, almond, or chocolate. ($4 pp. cannot be combined with regular cakes)

All menus include the following

SERVICEWARE
Wine and champagne glasses, plates and flatware. Cake plates and forks are included with our wedding cakes, desserts and appetizers.

LINENS
White or Ivory linens for tables to seat guests and food, gift, coffee, DJ and cake.

SERVICE
Service for up to a 5 hour event. Basic buffet service will consist of approximately 1 service person per 25-40 guests. This includes set-up and clean-up. Our professional staff is attired in black and white. If you wish your event to last longer than 5 hours, you will need to pay for extra service time. Seated or special meals may require extra staff costs.

COFFEE SERVICE
Coffee service includes coffee mugs, regular, decaf, cream and sugar.

Other Services

BEVERAGES
Punch or Ice Tea and lemonade $1 pp. Assorted sodas and juices $1.50 pp.

BARTENDING
Bartenders are $35/hour. Billed time is 1/2hour prior through 1/2 hour past event time. With a signed agreement, you may choose to provide your own licensed bartender. They will be responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the bar area. You are responsible for your guests’ conduct. You must provide a Banquet permit if you choose to serve alcohol. 

RENTAL
Rental of beer, water or punch glasses is available for .50-.75 each. Small plates and forks are .50 pp. if you choose to bring your own desserts or appetizers. Linen napkins are .50 each. White paper napkins are included with your meal.

Cost & Terms

Our menus are priced per person (pp.). Menus must be finalized 2 weeks before the event. A final guest count is needed five weekdays prior to the event. After this date we are unable to accept a decrease in count and will do our best to accommodate an increase. 50% of the total is due one month prior to the event and the balance is due by the event date. 9.5% sales tax will be added to your final bill. A gratuity of 10% is appreciated if the service and food meet with your approval. Prices are subject to change; however a deposit locks in your rate.
